Accessibility Statement
Effective June 3, 2026
ShippingOS is committed to making our Service usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to provide an experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
Conformance target
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes so assistive technologies can interpret the interface.
- Support keyboard navigation for interactive controls.
- Aim for sufficient color contrast and visible focus indicators.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful non-text content.
- Consider accessibility as part of designing and reviewing new features.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Service may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party content and integrations (such as carrier or marketplace components) may not be under our direct control. We treat reported barriers as bugs and prioritize fixes.
Feedback & assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information from the Service in an alternative format, please contact us at support@shipos.ai. Tell us the page, the problem you experienced, and the assistive technology you were using so we can help and improve. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review this statement periodically and update it as the Service evolves.
